Rice N' Shine

Submission deadline: Monday 30th November

A culinary challenge to celebrate Social Enterprise Day and One World Week! The Enterprise team at UWE are looking for students and staff to send in rice recipes from their home countries and regions.

A selection will then be published in a special UWE book scheduled to go on sale next year. All proceeds resulting from the sale will go to a charity nominated by one of the contributors.

We're looking for dishes originating in as many different parts of the world as possible. Whether it's risotto from Rabat, jambalaya from Johannesburg or paella from Preston, we want to hear about it!
