QuickMark Market Assessment Service

The QuickMark® Market Assessment Service has been run by the University of the West of England for five years and has helped over forty clients. QuickMark is designed to identify the broad potential market for new product areas, processes or services. The possibilities may relate to innovation, to new developments for an existing product, or to a new business stream for an existing business.

It can also explore new markets for existing products or provide an insight into areas where market information is difficult to obtain. The process is not designed to replace a full market study, but is designed to move businesses closer to making good decisions.

Quotes

"The QuickMark Report was excellent, it highlighted that possible competitors within our field are in fact working within a different market spectrum. Thus after looking at this in more depth we were able to ascertain that they do not represent a threat to our business development. As a result of the finds in the QuickMark Report and our further investigations we have now decided to invest in our planned project.

Overall we were very satisfied with the outcome of the QuickMark Report and we would not hesitate to use UWE's services again."
Lyn Palmer, Bristol Chamber of Commerce

"The report produced information that will make a genuine contribution to the development of our business. It also identified strategic issues that will enable us to manage our risk more effectively."
Nick Fripp, The Brandon Trust

"This report exceeded my expectations."
